Humanized vs Fully human? (2 questions)

I'm a little confused here.

1)Is there a significant difference if both are not rejected by the body?

I'm a long time investor in IMGN which has a technology called "Tumour Activated Prodrug" which uses the antibody's specificity to target cancerous cells. If the payload (somekind of toxin like dc1 or dm1) can be delivered inside the cell the company says the cell dies 100% of the time.

2)Without a company like IMGN to attach a cytotoxic agent what good are all these other HuMabs?
