Bax deal. No problem there. You and I both understand the potential. I think your estimates on deal value are higher than mine, but my estimates on drug value (if success) are most likley higher than yours. Bax has as much potential and bpi will allow. bpi is the rate limiting step.
My most recent "problem with" deal was the dinancing at 5 area. After the bax deal I think the stock went from 8-10 to
6-7 and company went panic mode. Knew then needed money.
I think they knew they errored bigtime when stock went to 16
but hey who really expected the bio-bubble anyway. Same situation happened to other bios that financed. Only a few got money near the top. Another deal that really pissed me off was sometime around 95 when then sold 600k shares for something like 1.75 or 1.25 to a investment bank ,most likely for some service that never materialized.
Dilution was the cost we paid for not getting the job done in the clinic while trying to go it alone. Of course had things gotten approved it would have looked brilliant. You take your chances. and that we did. I speak as "we" as a fellow stockholder. Nothing more implied. Standard K
