George I believe the anwer was it probably was not used in this case. I think manufactoring methods are set early and usually not tinkered with for fear of alteration of a successful product and government foot dragging. I do think that expression will come to pass in many products ASSUMING that a better method does not come along. I would be very happy if we got 1% each. Might be more or less.
