E:

I didn't mean to imply that is what you were saying. The "willful intent to defraud PGD stockholders" was my statement. If Barrick is deliberately withholding drill results that would have a positive effect on the stock price while it is in takeover negotiations, that is exactly what it would be. I'm not suggesting that is what they are doing; I'm only saying that IF they were withholding favorable results during these negotiations, it would constitute an attempt to defraud PGD stockholders. That kind of behavior would be very stupid and Barrick is not stupid.

I see MDN is starting its inevitable decline; down $.10 today with 14,000 shares offered at the closing price. The MDN stockholders are beginning to see the writing on the wall. The only question is... how low will it go before Barrick steps in and offers to take it out? (bail it out?)

I wonder why the 30% jump in TIO today? That's very interesting. The PGD takeover should have no effect on that stock unless its a case of takeover fever. Barrick isn't going to mine base metals and titanium. They'll probably unload their 20% profit interest.
