Absolutely it would be material. Barrick and PGD are in a very sensitive position right now vis a' vis the PGD stockholders. They can't withhold material information that might impact the stock price. If they do, that is willful intent to defraud. I don't believe either company is corrupt or that stupd, so its not a big concern for me; however, I have been surprised at the lack of drill results from anywhere lately. PGD has told me the same thing... the labs are backed up, big time.
