SI Blows. (what more can be said?)
I've completely given up on this site. Occasional errors that killed PM's, screwed up links and profiles were tolerable for a bit while they 'upgraded' to this new system, but we're now to a point where it's beyond usability.
You never know what will happen when click on either Inbox, SubjectMarks, messages, profiles...
...It could be database errors, server errors, your messages disappear, bookmarks -gone-, login names of posters show up, etc.
And I don't want to get started on the customer/tech support (or complete lack thereof) that SI provides. Emails that aren't responded to, or canned responses to repeated requests, different support reps that can't identify and fix customer problems, etc. Oh, and the message that John Busby provided on the reasons for the 'performance issues' of SI a few days back was the biggest load of sh*t I've read in awhile.
In the end, I respectfully request that the entire SI team (except Bob Z.) should be canned and replaced with a group of people who know their ass from a hole in the ground.
