Come on guys, they are witholding information. There is no ifs and buts.. The lab in Mwanza was busy with Barrick's testing : i.e. Golden Ridge and Bulyanhulu. PGD has been drilling serioulsy and we have not had any results for the last two months! Who are they kidding? No use to be careful about wording here! The lawyers' stunt by Barrick works only is one is afraid of this stunt. Lawyers do not make law. Unless you have a court order restrainig you, you can divulge information that is in the benefit of shareholders. But PGD has agreed to a friendly take over: they would not divulge anything. Who would force Barrick to divulge its drilling results on Golden Ridge (i.e take them to court or file a complaint to the SEC)? Should the deal goes through as planned ($7) it will be interesting to follow in the future the treatment reserved by Barrick to members of PGD's board of directors and senior managers in the coming years. I will buy Barrick's share just for that.
