Hi Bob:

I hope you had a nice and pleasant holiday.

On SI I think a major communication to the members would be appropriate as soon as possible. We all know the upgrade has been a major issue but the lack of communication by SI is a major blunder. The company has to start communicating with its members.

I would think the communication should just cut to the chase and let us know when it will be fixed.

Just my opinion.
