My recollection was there was talk of a 5 million dollar financing. I checked through a few releases and could find no mention. Perhaps I am thinking of another company?
This still leaves around 40m outstanding shares, but the issue price relative to the last close suggests to me the stock will struggle when it does open.
It will trade again....won't it???
