Volt, any gut impression on whether tech smaller caps will outperform in next 2-4 weeks?

I tend to think with Fed almost off our backs, that smaller caps will easily rise and run

e.g. JDSU might run from 125 here to 140
but LPTHA might run from 40 to 55

I see a nice bull triangle on SSTI, which must not see a close under 88-90 now... possible triangle target of 145

I see a nice bull triangle on LPTHA, crowding right NOW in the 40 corner... must not go back in mid-30's... could break out any day... possible triangle target of 60

I like small caps... what do you think?
