IDC is set to set to deliver their digital X-Ray solutions worldwide with the release of their
premiere, innovative portable digital x-ray imaging system, the Xplorer 1000. The system
digitally captures high resolution x-ray images in a fast, one-step process, producing digital
images with clarity better than film based x-rays.

IDC owns all of the patents related to this technology and as such has the exclusive
worldwide rights and licenses to exploit, commercialize and license the technology. The
patents (US and Canada) cover the approach to generating filmless x-rays images and
methods of use in a variety of markets including medical, veterinary, security and
non-destructive testing.

Direct digital radiography systems offer greater efficiencies in x-ray imaging, which
translates into:
- higher productivity
- lower operating costs
- real-time access to patient images
- potentially increased diagnostic quality
- elimination of the film development process
- elimination of warehouse storage space
- improvement of image sharing through electronic transmission
- improved tele-health opportunities
- integration with digital patient record and administrative systems

65% to 75% of all diagnostic imaging exams are x-ray based, there is great demand
building for the widespread adoption of digital x-ray imaging solutions. Benefits include
opportunities for savings in time and money for medical imaging facilities, more efficient
care-giver response and ultimately, improved patient care. The IDC technology is an
integral part of the solution because it is the source of the digital x-ray image.

It will help revolutionize radiology as we know it today consistent with the manner in
which digital document solutions, email and the Internet have revolutionized business, data
management and communication." IDC will be showcasing the Xplorer 1000 at the
Radiological Society of North America trade show (RSNA 2000) in Chicago Nov 28th
to Dec3rd, 2000. The company is developing relationships with potential resellers and
channel partners throughout the United States, Canada and other countries.

United States FDA clearance has been received as well as Health Canada approval.
Imaging Dynamics has been selling into the Canadian market and the Xplorer 1000 has
consistently met or exceeded practitioner expectations in both low and high volume
circumstances.
