Played this puppy from .12 to .40 early this year and then backin @ .24 on rumblings of a pending internet deal. I'm left holding the bag @ .73 when it halted. Perhaps by the time it opens again the market will be more favorable for these puppies and the e-billing venture will have been completed (assuming it's still a go). Not impressed with the new warrant issues but I don't make price forecasts. However, I have placed my bet. We shall see...
