mjmurph, I was covering many possibilities.

There have been rumors that the management of INTF have deliberately misled parties about some things, such as projected earnings. They may even have deliberately changed the books to cause lower official earnings.

If they get sued by selected shareholders, they do have some insurance that may pay out for such problems. If the insurance pays, it could be possible for some to recover money without actually driving down the price of INTF. And, this could potentially happen even if the buyout has been completed since it involves a law suit about the past.

Certainly, there is no public record of a lawsuit at this time, but I have suspicions that Nero may have done several illegal maneuvers with some parties that are highly motivated to seek redress. My personal feeling right now about Nero is not printable. I would like to see this end with him getting stripped of any job and stock options and anything else.

So, I repeat. I see possibilities that make me hold my remaining shares. The price may go up because TMWD goes up. This has happened. The deal may be negotiated to a higher exchange ratio or there may be new suitors offering more. And, there may be shareholder lawsuits of various kinds.

Of course, we may end up exactly where we are.
