COM) 05/07/00 16:13: Vodafone's Infostrada to hold EGM on flotation on July 15 Vodafone's Infostrada to hold EGM on flotation on July 15 MILAN (AFX) - Vodafone Airtouch's Italian fixed line unit Infostrada will discuss its flotation at an extraordinary general meeting on July 15, the official journal said. The meeting's agenda also includes a vote on a capital increase and a share split, it said. A second call could be held on July 22. Infostrada said the size of the stake which will be sold on the market has not yet been defined. A spokesman said he does not know whether the size of the stake will be announced at the shareholders meeting or decided later by the board. Reports said Vodafone will sell 49 pct of Infostrada. pw/vip
