does anyone know when the 23 million shares come online? Just a hunch the SEC may spend just a leeetle more time reviewing this puppy (prior to it becoming effective) than the average secondary. IMO a key issue for both NASD and the SEC is the "sale" of units to the "Mexican consortium." Remember NASD asked for info on this as well as the Johnston history. This little scamola is current and 100% relevant vs. some of the pre-1995 dirty laundry that's been raised. The SEC cares a whole bunch about revenue recognition issues and PR's relating to same.
