Martin, I absolutely agree with your opinion. No arguments there.

What I am finally getting through my thick head, however, is that earnings for THIS year are NOT going to be what many of us thought they would be. This does not change the long term picture, but it is an issue concerning one's capital investments. 8 months down the road we should see a lot of very positive developments for Q.

Unfortunately there are real issues that have had a short term effect on our company...namely earnings growth. To be expected, but not all our current problems can be blamed on FUD. If the GSM gang CAN play hardball as well as they have and delay CDMA in the manner they want, QCOM will remain a value play for a bit longer than I think most of us would like.
