JMHO, but I think there should be SEC guidelines and possibly laws about buying stock after a report such as today's is issued. If SSB is indeed buying any semi or equipment issues today, this is market manipulation at its worst. No SSB fund whatsoever should be able to purchase these stocks the day after the report. My guess is that we will see some sort of new laws in the future since these clowns do hold a vast audience of lemmings via CNBC and such which exacerbate any comments which may actually be in the report.
