I don't know about lies, John-but certainly the company on many occasions made it quite clear that the audited financials were going to be completed a long long time ago. IMO, there is lots of blame to go around......... And, yes-as of today-they are still not done. The auditors have made another request for information which will take a few more days to satisfy-frustrating...
