Ok, celebrity players, first we show the password to our home viewing audience... *premature*

Next we'll show you some quotes from the usual suspects. These are actual post-close quotes from CBS Market Watch, CNBC, and CNNfn. Your goal is to try to determine if the firms are still long semiconductor stocks:

``I think the stocks are going to go up from here,'' Banc of America Securities analyst Rick
Whittington said. ``I think it's too early to start talk of contraction, prices declining and
demand faltering.''

US Bancorp.'s Ashok Kumar says making a call that far out makes no sense.
"Being early and being wrong can have a similar investment profile," says
Kumar, who sees smooth sailing for the memory market for the next three or
four quarters. "They are premature to make that call."

Motey concurred that it's too early to worry. "We're certainly concerned (about
cell phone growth), but it's premature (to call a slowdown)," says Motey.
