The funds that hold S&P 500 Stocks will have 1.7+ shares of Qwest for every share they hold of US West. I think that now that the partnerships finalized it's recognized we're a stronger company, and we're in play. Some time ago I indicated a merger with BLS could be in the cards, and I still like that possibility. If Deutch wants to get into the act, all the better. It would not surprise me if the name of the company in such a merger was Qwest. Gary
