Dont sic em on me. P2 vs p3? who knows. My only contention is that we have a placebo arm where perhaps the placebo arm got the drug or a substance related to a drug.

but consider the case of LBP. Once thought to be a bad boy,
might also turn out to be good for you (in some regards).

For reference there was a paper about bpi in sepsis in children around 1995 where kids with sepsis had higher blood levels of bpi. Their conclusion> body trying to mount a response. Is it correct? who knows.
