Hi, Bryan. I'm confused. Here's what you say:

Message #1474 from BryanB at Jul 5, 2000 5:47 PM
Bill,

For example, the problem with usernames being substituted for aliases could not possibly have happened on Thursday morning. Why? Because, as we stated in the PM, the problem was caused by our database rollover, which did not occur until Thursday evening.......
Thanks,

Bryan <i/>

And here's what John Busby says.....

Kid Rock,
Silicon Investor migrated from Microsoft to Oracle database. The database itself was not the cause of this weekend's problems.

John

So....is it or isn't it? A better way of asking might be, "do you have the faintest idea what is causing the problem or how to fix it???"
