Perhaps I can supply some dates to assist in your search. The one and only time the company mentions "Electronic Superbill" is in a Feb. 22, 1999 PR. The name changes to "Digibill" in an Apr. 13 announcement. The last record I have of a PR mentioning "Digibill" is July 22, 1999. Larry Roof was supposed to be the technical guru behind it all, something to do with Windows CE. Hope this helps.
