Instock,

First, that last trade or quote at 5 15/16 could be where the bid was even if no
action happened there. The mm's put it there for some reason. The other
answer may be that there was some Instinet trading at that price before
or after the "official" close.

TA on the way. Three tries at 6 5/16 should give me a definitive read.
