pekkles, 9 out of 10 BB short squeezes are in fact management printing new paper. PCBM has been accused of this in all three dips to .10 +/- that I heave been around for. SEC filings proved otherwise. This last time we were able to identify the shorter and they immediately 144'ed what restricted stock they had. They are still short -- possibly the full amount -- against their 30M remaining options. The options are unvested and restricted, so the short, through Union Securities, is illegal. The consultant holding the options is being forced to sell the options back to the company and cover his naked short.
