When I was at CNBC yesterday, I noticed how much of the discussion circled around the proposed cut in oil productin by the Saudi's. When I went on and was asked about Frontier Airlines I mentioned that this supposed cut that the world had taken for granted was simply a proposed cut. Opec only said they would review the request. Wall Street had already accepted it as fact. See the article below.
