David, DVD has been delayed and is estimated to come out next summer.
Also, they are saying that DVD-RAM won't be 'til later. Although I do
agree with you, if DVD-RAM was out now w/ it's 4.7-15+ gig capacity,
it could be serious competition to optical drives (depending on things
such as access time). If Pinnacle gets it act together and starts
shipping in the 4th quarter, it will have many sales (people aren't
going to wait for the DVD drives).
