If I'm not mistaken the issue is regarding health insurance. Last time they fought for this the union won, but the strike was over four months. That was a long time ago (1989) and I personally can't see them going out for a long period of time considering the competition they are up against now. Hopefully there will not be a strike and if there is it will be short-lived.
