Those in management who arranged this sale at this price will now find their decision re-enforced by comments on the street and elsewhere - to the effect the 'Pangea got $7 - a good price in this environment'. Out of context this sort of comment looks reasonable - but in the context of this company with the properties which had been assembled so skillfully - it seems like a giveaway.
