I was shocked by your e-mail. We are not suing Atin Malaviya for copyright
infringement and in fact we have not communicated with him to Mr. Malaviya
nor
has he communicated with us. We are aware that one of the programers we use
has
sent him an e-mail regarding possible violation of copywright laws concerning
one
of his programs but that IS NOT Dorsey, Wright. It is *** *** ****.
Please be advised that we have no ownership interest in ***. We have
been
to Mr. Malaviya's site and he too appears to have confused us with the
programer. Mr. Malaviya remains a client of ours at this time. If you still
want to cancel, we will honor your request but please let me know.
