Here's a "prime bank" scam that was caught by the SEC. Message 14000898 One of the bad guys in that scam, a Mr. Johnson, was also involved in an unrelated financing of a public company, COII. BTW, the Chairman of OTC-BB:COII, a Mr. Johnston, has a record that Dorian would admire: siliconinvestor.com msgid=13951676&s=discovery It involves a purported investment fraud, in which investors bought some hugely overpriced bunny rabbits. This made for some recent excitement, when COII announced that it would begin trading on Nasdaq in a couple of days. Pluvia contacted the Nasdaq to inform them of the rabbit case, and now the Nasdaq listing is on hold.
