hmm, a "semiconductor industry consultant"... almost like a "self-employed physicist"... :-)

these leaps in logic are wonderful. resemblance means infringement, right?

heck, it's just shareholders' money that they're spending! and something tells me that the attorneys won't be cheap either.

question for the lawyers: could intel legally refuse to sell cpu's to digital (and make other customers promise not to resell to digital)? and should we expect a flurry of countersuits tomorrow?
