TKLC PO calculation:
1st buy signal off the bottom is 28 to 32 = 5 Xs
5 X 3 = 15 added to the low X of 28 gives me 43.

It has already gone to 50 and has now reversed to 43. When a stock reaches the objective, does it generate a new higher objective.
