Gary you are so full of bull. Buffet is doing just fine. Just because he didn't buy overvalued techs that continued to be overvalued or got even more overvalued doesn't mean he missed out. His investment style doesn't allow him to buy stocks that are overvalued and could have a 50% downside at any time. We will see what he missed out on when we look back on this period around 2020. The the fund managers that chose to gamble with investors funds will be looked back on as foolish gamblers. As irresponsible pump and dumpers that caused a generation to suffer. Buffet admits that he doesn't understand tech. Buffet does understand the bottom line and how big companies grow. He knows what the future holds for big cap tech....it's not going to be pretty for long term stockholders. For traders like you Gary...you will do just fine. You hedge with puts and bail when things get ugly. You watch the market daily. Regular investors that buy CSCO at this level and think that if they put it away for 10-15 years they will do well will be greatly disappointed. I think that it's clear that even long term bonds will out perform CSCO over the next 10-15 years.
