FoxNews: Clinton to be unindicted co-conspirator! Assuming Reno doesn't stop the indictment:

Defense attorneys were discussing with prosecutors the possibility of interviewing Riady, but it appeared the talks were going nowhere. Riady's team was expecting an indictment as early as next week.

Sources say the case will regard Clinton as an unindicted co-conspirator.

The indictment will have to be approved by Attorney General Janet Reno before the grand jury can move forward.
