Yes, I thought they were warned first, too. And I think that's a logical first step, one that would encourage all but complete crazies to moderate their posts. I believe also that if one is to be booted on the complaint of another person or persons, s/he ought to have the right to know who those persons are. This would cut down on frivolous or self-interested complaints.
