Let me clue you guys in on a few things. Yes, it may be correct that less than 3% is held by insiders, but what about the 8,000,000 shares recently issued to Walter Crumm(sp). Now would he be considered an insider. If so, I think more than 3% is owned by insiders. The whole company is owned by more people than in the past, but I would not get too hasty in making assumptions about the company. The unusual trading can always be explained. Between my friend and myself, we account for over 1/2 million of the shares between Monday and today. Does that clear things up? So, if you substract our craziness, the volume is high. But, I would not say a buyout is emminent. In fact, I would suggest the company/shareholders would not allow this to happen. What would everyone be willing to sell there shares for? Remember, a buyout usually in these types of situations is NOT good for us(shareholders). For a company of this size, there is some reason a larger firm would be interested in buying 8.5 million in debt. None-the-less I sometimes enjoy reading these comments, so I thought I would use it for a sounding board today. My bet on today's trading: down. I have been wrong, but that is my feeling. We are done buying and new people will come out and sell today. |
