I am still having the same problem (quoted below) only if I use " 's, html code, etc. in the first line of the message. Otherwise, I am able to reply. Just thought I would mention it on the chance that you are still trying to use it. EDIT: I notice that you use "<< 's" to signify quotes....that could be the problem.
