IPO QUIET PERIOD: Just spoke to Diana of Investor Relations at MRVC who confirmed: -- on track for Luminent filing by end July -- in a quiet period relative to the IPO -- as such cannot say much more That is GOOD NEWS! Best wishes, Jim
