Oops I left out one thing (and apparently SSB did too). The newer cell phones use eight times the memory. Where is this going to come from? The high density vendors, like Atmel... I do agree with SSB that prices on low-density flash could drop as everyone moves to higher density. Same thing happens in the RAM market, or with microprocessors when a new one comes out.
