Does anyone know the primary equipment suppliers to Gallium Arsenide process users like ANAD, RFMD, TQNT, VTSS, etc (yes, I know some of them are fabless)? I have a number of these companies and am wondering if there is a common denominator in any of the equipment suppliers since GaAs is a different process than silicon.
