I find it troublesome that this subject (with only 4 posts!) has made it to #3 on the Hot Subjects list.
..makes you wonder.

SI was once free (3-4 years ago). Those users were grandfathered in when SI became a pay site. Perhaps, SI should be free once again.

Just my two cents.
