<<Sounds to me like a done deal>>

Well I hope so. A 3-4 month halt is a long time to wait. How do you take this:

<<If PVO concludes an agreement with its group,
the Peruvian mining assets will be transferred to a new public company whose shares will be held by the then shareholders of PVO.>>

Does this mean the shareholders of PVO will not take part in the merged company with a possible NASDAQ listing? I hope part of their "mining assets" includes the cash....

Still can't get into CSW but got this off yesterdays daily summary...I knew I wasn't crazy!!!
