I also remember that the CFO had stated just before the approval for the ETEK deal that they have room for some upside

You may be right re: Netherlands. I don't know how much they were counting on that capacity. As for upside, if they were going to pre-announce, when would they do it? Quarter ended June 30, so I'm guessing we should know pretty soon.
