I think they were being straightforward on their assessment of the tentative nature of the slowdown. If June employment number prints bullish, the Brinker Naz rally with target of between 4200 and 4400 will pump up things. Big market celebration automatically puts the Fed. in play again. Also, Q2 quarter has history of being slower with pick up in Q3 and Q4 and Fed. did not want tire tracks printing on their backside should this trend reassert itself IMO.
