I don't recall anything monumental coming out of Whitewater, just a bunch of tax money wasted investigating a guy who cheated on his wife. Good thing that never happened before. Presidents like Kennedy, Roosevelt, Eisenhower, they'd never do a thing like that....<g> If you want to clean up this mess, look to the congress.
