Following a successful public offering in April, Krispy Kreme's stock price has almost doubled, and recent first quarter results oozed with stellar jelly. The question for long-term investors, however, is whether Krispy Kreme can continue to put the dough in consumer's stomachs, as well as in investor's pockets.
