I hate lawsuits--they're just too damn scary !!! If you think justice will prevail, then you must think OJ didn't do it, and cigarettes don't cause cancer. The merits of Digital's/Cyrix's cases hardly matter. Intel went thru something similiar with AMD about 4 years ago -- and their stock price languished until it was settled. Investors hate to buy into uncertainty -- self included. the dodger PS -- just a sidebar thought. Intel lost about 6 billion in market cap yesterday over these lawsuits. They could have bought Cyrix and Digital BOTH for that amount !!!
