Int'l Wayside to acquire 47 Cariboo claims International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd IWA Shares issued 38,454,998 Jul 5 close $1.15 Thu 6 Jul 2000 Acquisition The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated June 14, 2000, between International Wayside Gold Mines and Donald Best & Associates whereby the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Wing claims, comprising 47 units located in the Cariboo mining district of British Columbia in the Wells/Barkerville area. The consideration is $10,000 cash and 75,000 shares, of which 27,000 will be issued to Donald Best; 23,625 to Emil Liemanis; 16,875 to Mike Elson; and 7,500 to John Gauthier.
