What is the likely path to the Armageddon?
IMO only a runaway inflation could cause the the central banks to increase interest rates and decrease the liquidity. I do not see any signs of runaway inflation - most basic products remain cheap (except for energy of course). Real estate and the stock market indices are not part of the inflation index.
The Euro is slowly recovering but I do not see any US$ crash either. The economic indicators show mixed signs which alleviates the need for further interest increases?
So what will take the stockmarket down? I do not see anything substantial happening till August. Are you?
